Thor Ragnarok - Korg
I was asked to do some designs for Korg on Taika Waititi's Thor: Ragnarok. Tully Summer had already done an ace design but they wanted to experiment away from the comic a bit more. Tully's design can be found here https://www.artstation.com/artwork/9nQmq
In the end they decided to stay with Tully's design and I went on to help Vfx to add more detail to the face.
I worked on top of Tully's Model adding more rocks to allow more movement for expression.
All images were made back when I was in Framestore's Art Dept with HOD Martin Macrae Supervising.
